Hays CISD Superintendent Dr. Eric Wright announced that David MacRoberts will serve as the new principal for the elementary school that is scheduled to open in the Sunfield subdivision in August 2022. The Hays CISD Board of Trustees approved the hiring decision. Student Registration for the 2022-2023 school year is OPEN. Pre-K and Kinder campus registration events will be held on April 28 & April 29, 2022: Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Friday, April 29, 2022 during regular campus hours. Attend the event at your address-zoned Pre-K campus with the following exceptions: Sunfield Elementary zoned students will attend the Tom Green Elementary event. (Sunfield staff will be there to visit with Sunfield Pre-K families.) Uhland Elementary zoned students attend Hemphill Elementary for Pre-K so they must attend the Hemphill Elementary event.
